I ordered a Janod wooden toy kitchen just before the cut-off for Christmas delivery. You kindly checked with Parcelforce whether the item would arrive on-time and it did - with a day to spare.

"My son and his friend used the didicar for the very first time at a local soft play centre and i was so impressed with the quality and ease of use that as soon as i got home i looked on the internet expecting them to be really expensive but i have to say i was very pleasantly surprised! so, needless to say i ordered one and being it was a bank holiday weekend i expected to have to wait but i ordered it friday late afternoon and i was very happy when the courier knocked this afternoon (wednesdsay) with it. It is soo easy to build and i will definately be recommending these to others!!

I placed an order for my daughters birthday, although there was a stock problem with 1 item i gave mini makers a ring and they sorted it out keeping me informed every step, and although i had not paid for 1st class postage that is how they sent it, so they could try and get it here for my daughters birthday it came the next day i am really happy with the service. Service you would not get in most shops thank you very much she is going to love them.
